About Us
Our Inspiration: “When I was a kid, my parents were living in Lyon, a French town, in a villa neighboring a bakery. Every morning, I would wake up to the smell of fresh bread. The baker even allowed me one day to get crispy hot baguettes out of the oven. You can imagine my happiness. Years have passed by and I love every form of bread, bread baked in wood-burning oven to bread baked in ashes under a layer of sand in the middle of the desert. My dream was to share my love of bread. When I met Jean-Luc Labat, a pastry Chef in a five-star restaurant hotel in Paris, I knew my dream could come true. We created Frogs Organic Bakery to share with you organic, fresh bread made with the finest ingredients. I hope Frogs Organic Bakery will be an very enjoyable experience.
